Description

With their wide flanks and very low center of gravity, they bring more weight and force to the tip of the anchor, which facilitates immediate penetration into the bottom of the anchor. This is particularly advantageous if the anchor comes loose due to shifting winds, for example.

The Mantus anchors can be dismantled. This has the great advantage that a dinghy anchor can be easily stowed away and that an absolutely 100% equivalent spare anchor or storm anchor can be carried in a space-saving manner, namely the same anchor as the main anchor (or a larger anchor in a storm anchor scenario). It should be emphasized that the anchor does not have a weak point as a result. The bolts are clearly oversized and secured. The weakest link in a failure scenario is therefore the anchor chain link by a wide margin and not the anchor itself. Mantus anchors come with a lifetime warranty.
